Universal Medical History & Information, Inc. was founded in 1997 by Charlingdea, Inc. to provide the valuable medical record information service described in this Website.  We have raised over $6 million to pursue this endeavor and are actively marketing and selling the service in the US and Canada.

UMED has strong leadership to guide our business strategy and a Scientific Advisory Board consisting of members of the medical and emergency medicine communities.
